When will My Order Ship?
Your order begins production as soon as the preorder window closes. Production takes 25-30 days, shipping to US 7-10 days, and then we ship directly to you. Estimated delivery is 5-6 weeks after Dec 9th. You'll receive updates throughout the entire process- from production to shipping.
Can I Cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your preorder anytime before production begins. Once production for your specific items starts, cancellations are no longer available since the piece is made to order.
